One study of over 500 B2B buying companies found that 13% of companies have at least 1 millennial who is a decision-maker on their buying committees, and 27% have a millennial that is an influencer. Understanding this generation’s behavior will be key as you hone your promotional marketing strategy for this coming year. But one thing is for sure, millennials love technology, which leads us to our next trend.
Everything is going “smart.” Smart TVs, smart watches, smart homes, even smart socks! And going “smart” means going wireless. Big smartphone makers like Apple and Motorola have done away with headphone jacks making wireless products even more popular if not essential.
